Stephen D. Winstead, M.Div., a devoted husband, father, deacon, and Doctoral Candidate, serves Fellowship Baltimore with unwavering energy and clear thinking. As a bi-vocational leader in a Baltimore hospital system, he sets high standards in both ministry and the workplace. His strong advocacy for Christian education and leadership inspires others to strive for excellence in both their personal and professional lives.

Participants share expressions of gratitude related to personal development, interpersonal relationships, faith in Christ, and significant life experiences. This practice has been demonstrated to enhance well-being and cultivate a profound sense of contentment. Attendees may choose to contribute verbally or silently, accommodating diverse preferences for engagement. The Gratitude Circle will commence in July 2026 and convene biweekly at the local Starbucks, providing a welcoming environment for individuals to engage in reflective discussions.

  • The essence of our gatherings transcends attire. While some will choose to wear their Sunday best, many will come dressed in slacks, casual shirts, or jeans. The fundamental priority is not the formality of clothing but the heart’s readiness to engage in sincere worship and fellowship. Our community values authenticity and spiritual presence over outward appearances, fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome to connect with God.

  • Starting July 2026, and every first Sunday thereafter, we will observe communion, commemorating Jesus Christ’s gift. This tradition honors His sacrifice and fosters unity among believers. All individuals who profess faith in Jesus Christ are cordially invited to participate, demonstrating grace beyond church membership.
